We use the smallest possible number of cookies. We do not run analytics, advertising, tracking or social-media cookies on this site.

1. What cookies we set

Only the following strictly necessary cookies are set when you use the booking system:

• Session cookie (typically named amorc_session) — lets the site remember the state of your booking form across page loads. Expires when you close the browser, or sooner if idle.
• CSRF token (XSRF-TOKEN) — protects against cross-site request forgery attacks when you submit forms. Same lifetime as the session cookie.

2. Why we do not show a cookie banner

Under applicable law, cookies that are strictly necessary to deliver a service the user has actively requested (here, the booking process itself) do not require prior consent. As we use only such cookies, no opt-in banner is shown. The relevant supervisory authority sets out this position in its guidance on the use of cookies and similar technologies.

3. Third-party cookies during payment

When you continue to payment you are redirected to the payment provider's hosted checkout. the payment provider sets its own cookies on its domain to process your payment and provide fraud protection. Those cookies are governed by the payment provider's own privacy and cookie notices, available at stripe.com/privacy.

4. Managing cookies in your browser

All major browsers allow you to view, block or delete cookies. Disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent the booking form from working, but it will not affect your ability to read public pages.
